Fire!

(pictured: me in Barbados)

Some rough approximations (and by "run", I usually mean "jog"):

7/23-8/2: running about 5-6 days a week, 30-40 min

8/18 - 8/25: ran about 5 times

9/12-9/25: ran almost every day around 32 min

10/5-10/7: ran about 32 min a day

10/12-11/12: ran on average every other day, 32 min

-Not much running over exams- do remember going on a nice jog after my first final--let off some stress.

Jogged a few times over christmas holiday, but my back was hurting.

Went to Barbados. No running there.

1/4-1/19: running most days, average btwn 32-40min

end of January? don't recall. probably every other day. My watch has been full, so I've had to delete every run before the next one. Thus, this entry.

This week:
Sunday: 2/3: 38 min: loop around Baltimore's Dru Hill park

2/4: only 25min slow in evening after long day. Caught 5:45 am train back to town. On call in secured transactions, called on with 10 min left. Was prepared.

2/5: 30:30: did my normal out and back along Riverside, but did it faster than normal (had to race a guy).

2/6: back to normal 32 min on this run. ate "Stallone" sandwich from Hamilton Deli--very good.

2/7: 31 min or so, went to Central Park and did a loop of the reservoir in the evening. Central Park is usually more crowded and more likely to make me go harder, bc always people trying to race you there.

2/8: went to Central Park Reservoir and did 2 loops of bridal path (one high, one low). 43 min. Felt ok.

2/9: back to slow trot on Riverside. 32 min. Studied some at Starbucks today. All the cafes around here are hard to get seats at, have to get there relatively early.
