Recording my last few runs, as my watch memory is full. No time for further commentary, as I a bit short on time at the moment. By the way, I will be leaving for London tomorrow for the weekend. Yeehaa. Cheerio.

Tough Workout.
3 mile warmup
4:59.0 mile, (1:32 rest), 10:10.0 2 mile, 1:41 rest, 5:00.0 mile, (1:48 rest), 2:24 800, (1:49 rest), 2:24 800, (1:58 rest), 65.5 400m, (1:54 rest), 63.7 400m
19min cooldown, 2.5 miles
Monday
1 hour decent pace, sore calf muscles. 9 miles, Radnor Trail. Finance exam.
Weekly Total: I believe around 77.
Sunday 1 hour 31 minutes, not bad run, 14 miles? Went around Willows. Worked all day. Bleh.
Saturday: Race. See below. 5K warmup. Bad sign that it took me like 25 min to jog course as warmup. Raced 15:05 5K. Cooled down like 4 miles.
Friday: 47 min, 7 miles. Pre race stuff.
